- About Alias Finder:
-
- Alias Finder was written to provide a simple way to find the file that an alias file
- refers to. It performs this in the most natural way possible: it asks the System 7
- Finder to show the file. It does this by sending an Apple Event to the Finder which
- was specifically created to do this.
-
- To have Alias Finder find an original file, merely drop the alias file on to Alias Finder
- within the Finder. Alias Finder will run and then exit, and the Finder will open the
- folder where the original file is and select that file. Alias Finder can also find folders
- and volumes.
-
- Alias Finder is happyware. If you like it, smile!
